I couldn’t resist editing one from this newborn session that took place only a few hours ago (officially yesterday, since it is past midnight). Vinh looks like my little guy when he was a newborn, something about those lips and chin.

Remember her as a tiny newborn? Well, she is far from that tiny now. Rocking the baby rolls, she did great on today’s session.

I had a very mini session with Sofia (in the dress she wore for her Baptism) yesterday, right before we all headed to the zoo with my son, Sofia, Benjamin and Jillian [all of them are cute little ones + their mommies, of course].

Sofia and her mommy visited from San Diego for the weekend. Isn’t she a doll?

You will see some more of these and other {less formal} groups shots… Let me tell you that lining up four babies (two of which are avid crawlers) for pictures is hard. Wait, scratch that, because ‘hard’ is totally an understatement.

How adorable is this baby girl? She is almost one. These are just a few I edited quickly. More to come.

My little guy is growing up.

Now, for the travel news. We finally got the tickets to go to Europe (aka home) with our newest addition so that everyone, friends and family, can see the cuteness in person. And there are so many new little ones for us to meet too. Apparently last year was a good year to have babies. We are so excited!

May 31: San Francisco – Amsterdam – Milan
June 19: Milan – Amsterdam – San Francisco

We have yet to decide when we will be in Tirana, Albania to visit my parents and then make a quick trip to Rome as well. It would have been better not to have everything so concentrated in such little time, there are many things we would like to do… but we will have to leave our cat in a pet hotel and it is heartbreaking for us. Unfortunately, travelling with a cat is not easy, not to mention the baby will be plenty.

These were taken in the middle of a newborn session, as I was waiting for baby Lucas to go to sleep.

I apologize to everyone who is waiting to see more from the sessions I have sneak peeked lately, it is going to be a little longer. My mom is about to leave for Europe tomorrow (after staying with us for 2 months) and it has been busy around here. Hopefully, next week my little guy will bless me with long naps (yeah, right) so that I can edit a zillion pictures and share them. Or, more realistic scenario, I’ll sacrifice a few hours of sleep at night and get my work done. Either way, updates coming soon.
