Isn’t she a cutie?

Welcome to my blog!
I’m Klo (much easier to say than Klodjana, right? trust me, my name looks more difficult than it really is). I’m a wife, a mom, a photographer. I’m 28.
I became a professional photographer in 2007. Not too long ago, but I’ve put everything into it. I love my job. It is probably the best job in the world!
I love food. Vacations are so only if I go to the beach on hot summer days. I speak 4 language (Albanian, Italian, English and Turkish) and have at least 4 more on my “wish list”. One day I will learn them. My (Italian) husband spoils me by cooking every night. I am a “citizen of the world” – born and raised in Albania, lived for 7 years in Italy (where I also scored the guy willing to put up with me) and currently in the Bay Area. Future plans include moving back to Milan in a few years. I wish I could live in a place with no winter. Actually, I wish I could travel the world. Literally. My English is great but I have an accent – some find it cute or funny.

I just realized I haven’t made a single blog post in 2012 and that is crazy because we are now at the end of month. Oh my, how time flies. I’m still alive, still working and most importantly, I’m trying to enjoy more time with my little ones, thus the lack of updates. There will be time for more blogging when they are off to school and not needing me as much.
Since I’m here, I’ll share a few images from the latest sessions, in no particular order.

Here is what I’m thankful for, today and every day:
my little guy

my baby girl

and of course my husband! (and our families)
Enjoy your Thanksgiving everyone!

Most of you have already seen quite a few pictures on my FB page, but here is an official introduction, the latest addition to our family: Alice [a'liʧe] Julia

Since I’m now a few days overdue and with no baby in sight, I decided to kick my “no baby yet” depression and get some work done. I came across this smily little guy from months ago. Thought I’d share the cuteness.

39 weeks and 6 days pregnant and hopefully my last picture in this blown up shape :)
Don’t know why I even bothered to take a picture of the hugest I’ve ever been in my life, something about this being our second and last baby may have been the reason.

Tomorrow is my due date and I’ll be on maternity leave for a few weeks to follow but don’t hesitate to drop me an email at any time if you have questions or would like to book a session.
Fresh from today, 7-day-old Shilow! Isn’t she adorable?
And with being due this Friday myself, I can’t wait to hold my little squishy…
